Britney Spears and Kevin Federline share two kids, Sean Preston, 19, and Jayden James, 18. As per PEOPLE, Spears recently reunited with her youngest son, Jayden, after he moved to Hawaii with his father and elder brother. Jayden has been visiting Britney in Los Angeles.

Kevin Federline, who was married to the pop star from 2004 to 2007, moved to Hawaii with their children, Jayden and Preston, in August 2023 after his current wife, Victoria Prince, got a coaching position at the University of Hawaii.

Britney Spears and Kevin welcomed their son Jayden on September 12, 2006, at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in LA, two months before Spears filed for divorce from Federline after three years of marriage.

While speaking to PEOPLE about his marriage in 2008, a year and a half after their divorce was finalized, Federline said,

"The first couple years of their life (the kids) they were all over the place. My main thing for my kids is that they get to live life the way - or as close to the way - that most people do. It's going to be hard not to spoil them, but I don't want to."

"I 100 percent think this can be fixed" - Jayden James on his relationship with mom Britney Spears

Before her two kids, Jayden and Preston, moved to Hawaii with their dad in 2023, Britney Spears had not spoken with them for over a year.

During an interview with UK's ITV in 2022, Jayden opened up about his estranged relationship with his mother, who was then under a conservatorship for 13 years.

"I 100 percent think this can be fixed. It's just going to take a lot of time and effort. I just want her to get better mentally. When she gets better, I really want to see her again."

Jayden expressed that he and his brother have an issue with Spears posting frequent nude photos on her Instagram, saying,

"It's almost like she has to post something on Instagram to get some attention.'

Jayden also expressed that Spears does not give the eldest son "equal love" or "attention," which makes him "feel really bad."

Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, commented on the reconciliation, saying it was a "good sign" for their relationship and that Kevin "supports the boys having a relationship with their mother."
