How many children does Sia have? Singer’s family life explored as divorce documents reveal third child’s birth

Singer Sia or Sia Kate Isobelle Furler has three children, including two adopted children and one biological child. As per divorce documents obtained by People, the singer welcomed her third baby, Somersault Wonder with estranged husband Dan Husband, 11 months ago on March 27, 2024.

This comes after the Grammy-nominated artist in a May 2020 interview with SiriusXM's Morning Mash Up revealed that she had adopted two 18-year-old boys in 2019.

The artist filed for divorce from Dan after two years of marriage on March 18, citing irreconcilable differences. She has requested legal and physical custody of her child, Somersault Wonder Bernard but noted that she was open to visitation from Bernard. She also requested that Bernard receive no spousal support.

Sia and Bernard tied the knot in an intimate Italian ceremony in May 2023, after they were first linked in December 2021.

While speaking to InStyle in a 2020 interview, the singer revealed that she had undergone IVF treatments when she was married to her first husband Erik Anders Lang, but was not able to use the embryos since the two got a divorce. The singer mentioned that she "wanted to be a mom my entire life" and decided to adopt.

Sia adopted two 18-year-old boys in 2019 after watching Foster. In an InStyle, profile, Furler revealed that she originally planned to adopt the one boy she saw in the documentary. However, when the boy asked if his "cousin Che" from his group home could home with them too, Furler agreed and ended up adopting both.

"I had two spare bedrooms, so I said, 'Sure!' And even though I'd never met Che before, he also moved in with me that evening."

The singer later found out that the two boys were friends and not cousins.

One of the boys became a father shortly after she adopted him, making her a grandmother. While speaking to Zane Lowe on his Apple Music Show, Furler revealed,

"My youngest son just had two babies. I'm just immediately horrified. No, I'm cool. They call me Nana. I'm trying to get them to call me Lovey, like Kris (Jenner). I'm like, 'Call me Lovey."
