JoJo Siwa and Kath Ebbs’ romance, which started late last year, has allegedly come to an end amid the fall out from Siwa’s Celebrity Big Brother UK appearance.

Siwa and Ebbs were first introduced to each other by Australian singer G Flip. Their friendship soon turned into a relationship over their shared passion for line dancing at Stud Country night.

Kath, a 27 year old Australian actor, presenter, DJ and queer advocate, who described their connection as emotional and passionate, adding that they would spend hours on FaceTime before they finally started dating each other. Officially, they started dating in January 2025.

"We would be on FaceTime like all night — which is the most lesbian thing ever. We’ve literally been inseparable ever since, like U-HAUL." Kath Ebbs said in an interview with Pedestrian.

Jojo Siwa later revealed that the relationship had taught her what it means to feel “safe” and “loved” in a relationship. She even described her relationship with her new girlfriend as “mature” and “beautiful,” and credited Kath with helping her grow personally and professionally in a recent interview with People Magazine.

"I am so happy. I am in a very mature relationship, and it's beautiful, It's taught me so much about life. It's taught me so much about love and respect." She said.

Kath had publicly defended JoJo during the Celebrity Big Brother season, most notably after contestant Mickey Rourke made derogatory remarks about Siwa's sexuality.

Cracks emerged in JoJo Siwa and Kath Ebbs’ relationship when Siwa's close bond with fellow Celebrity Big Brother housemate Chris Hughes developed on screen.

According to a US magazine, viewers observed the pair’s series of cozy cuddling and writing secret messages to each other, which led to concerns and speculations regarding their relationship. Hughes later stated that their relationship was strictly platonic.

Subsequently, Kath Ebbs explained their perspective in a heartfelt video on Instagram and TikTok. She shared that after two weeks of “sitting back and watching” Siwa’s journey unfold on screen, they traveled across the world to be with Siwa for the finale. But instead of a reunion, Ebbs says they were shocked when they were “dumped” at the show’s afterparty.

"I haven’t processed enough to, if you’d want to call it love bombing or whatever, but it seems to me I have experienced a version of that," they said in the video.

In the video, Kath Ebbs said they felt “numbed out” and “humiliated,” alleging they were a victim of “love bombing” while they dated Siwa after being told that they were the “love of her life” and even being asked to marry her before the reality show started taping.

According to Ebbs' saying, Siwa wrapped things up by sharing that she had "confused feelings" while in the Celebrity Big Brother house and came to the conclusion that Ebbs was not the person she wanted to spend her foreseeable future with.

"I was told there are confused feelings there … that they realized in the house that I wasn’t the person they wanted to spend the foreseeable [future with]," Kath Ebbs added.
