Jacky Oh, the partner of DC Young Fly, passed away in May 2023 following complications from cosmetic surgery. For Christmas, Young Fly gifted his daughters a sculpture of their late mother.

Jacklyn Smith, popularly known as Jacky Oh, was in a relationship with DC Youngly from 2015 until she passed away. The two met on the sets of Wild 'n Out, an American TV series that combines sketch comedy and rap improv where she gained fame.

Jacky Oh, passed away on May 31, 2023, following complications from cosmetic surgery. The autopsy ruled her death accidental, citing swelling of the brain and bleeding around the torso as the reason.

She had traveled to Miami and experienced headaches post-surgery. Her condition worsened and she became unresponsive. She was pronounced dead at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital.
