It seems like rapper T.I. is ready to bid adieu. He appeared on 96.1 to talk about his plans, revealing that he would no longer perform live shows, and mentioned that Jingle Ball 2024 would be his last stage performance. The rapper said:
“I appreciate y'all for you know I am saying, for offering me my last working gig. I do not need the money anymore and I will not be performing.”

T.I.’s final show is scheduled for December 19, 2024, at State Farm Arena, where he will be part of the Jingle Ball lineup alongside T-Pain, Sexyy Red, Tinashe, and Khalid. The news took fans aback. A social media user wrote:

T.I. won a $71 million settlement in a lawsuit
In September, T.I. and his wife Tiny Harris secured a $71 million settlement in a lawsuit against toy company MGA Entertainment. The couple had accused the company of infringing on the intellectual property of OMG Girlz, a group they had founded, and MGA was ordered to compensate them.
They accused the toy company of improperly using the girl group's name, image, and likeness. Founded in 2009 by Tiny, OMG Girlz was fronted by her daughter Zonnique Pullins, along with Bahja Rodriguez and Breaunna Womack.
As per a jury ruling, 15 out of the more than 30 dolls in the toy line infringed upon the group's trade dress, including their visual appearance, name, image, or likeness, as reported by various outlets.
During the trial, T.I. and Tiny claimed that MGA sold dolls that directly copied the OMG Girlz's outfits seen in media photos and at notable public events. Meanwhile, MGA's legal team dismissed the lawsuit as a money grab.
The lawsuit, initially filed in 2020, has gone through three trials. One trial ended in a mistrial in January 2023 after the jury was exposed to prohibited testimony accusing the toy company of "cultural appropriation," according to reports.
A second trial in May 2023 ruled in favor of MGA, but a Supreme Court decision in June 2023, regarding a Jack Daniel's whiskey-themed dog toy, paved the way for a retrial.
