Pena shared the update via his official Snapchat account while posting selfies from his hospital visit. The streamer’s face is seemingly swollen in the selfies due to an allergic reaction. While sharing the first picture, Pena wrote:

“in da hospital right now. this s**t gave me a allergic reaction.”

The streamer wrote, sharing the next snap,

“LMAOOOOO YO CHAT GGZ”

Although Pena didn’t give any other update on his condition, it seems like everything is under control. The streamer also used self-deprecating humor on X while talking about his situation:

Pena’s swollen face did seem concerning, but it didn’t stop the internet from having a good laugh. Some users, including the streamer himself, compared his face to Shrek, and many continued the discourse by equating him to different celebrities (turning it into a lookalike contest).

“He looks like a 90s version of R. Kelly from Temu,” a user compared the streamer's face to the controversial singer.

“Thought that was Josh Hart,” another user assumed him to be the Knicks player.
