Audiences loved Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds in the film Deadpool VS Wolverine and so did the actors when it came to their co-star.
While most people know Jackman for his impeccable performance as Wolverine, the actor is also a big name in musical theatre. As per an article by Newsweek, Jackman recently, during his 12-show run of the musical titled From New York With Love, joked about having a grievance against his Deadpool VS Wolverine co-star Ryan Reynolds and laughed about the same.
Jackman said that there was a dance number in the film, and he did not get a chance to be a part of it.
Jackman further gave details and said that both actors were together in almost every scene in the movie except for the opening sequence. He then amicably said that the one scene in the movie that involves dancing does not include him.
"Don't tell Ryan... I don't need to be in every scene in the movie. But Ryan is a writer. And when I see the script, I see that the scene that I'm not in is the opening sequence which is a dance number to an NSYNC song by Ryan. I'm like, the one scene I'm not in has dance. Now Ryan, he's very talented, but dancing?"
The actor mentioned that he does not aim to match Reynolds' body double Nick Pauley, who was dancing in the opening theme, because he is quite young.
He further performed his own dancing sequence on "Bye, Bye, Bye"—the very song on which Deadpool is dancing in the movie.
