Sean "Diddy" Combs is at the center of a tornado of legal issues and allegations surrounding s*xual misconduct. He is currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, infamous for its hazardous conditions. Many are now concerned about the mogul's health and safety.

According to one of Diddy's friends, a photographer named Selma Fonseca, the now-disgraced music titan's treatment of his late ex-girlfriend was inhumane. She claims that this may drive his enemies to inflict harm on the mogul as he awaits trial, The Sun reported.

Selma Fonseca claims she saw Diddy get away "with too many things"

Selma Fonseca spoke to The Sun during an interview, discussing her experiences at Diddy's parties. She surmised having attended over 2000 of these parties, give or take and recalled all the explicit imagery and adult themes common in Diddy's events. She also recalled noting that Diddy treated his on-off ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter, "like s**t." She said,

"Every time he cheated on her, he bought her something, like a house, a Bentley, a ring, or jewelry. He just got away with too many things."

Selma also recalled being appalled when she saw the resurfaced CNN tapes of Diddy beating another ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in May 2024. She commented,

"That was very violent. But that doesn't mean that he did all these s*x things. He was never inappropriate with me, but maybe he is a freak in the bedroom. It's sad that he beat up Cassie and got violent because that shows another side of him."

However, she added that his behavior could become an issue for him now that he's in prison.

"Somebody could kill him. He has a lot of enemies."

Selma Fonseca claims Diddy thought he was "better than God"

During the interview, Selma also revealed that during these parties, she was privy to a lot of drugs, drinking, and adult behavior. The photographer recalled attending one of his parties on Labor Day 1999 and assumed Diddy was "very nice" but "not very open." She also claimed that Diddy is very protective of his privacy, and his bodyguard had to vet all the photos she took.

She recanted going to several parties where it was "normal" to see skimpily-clad women lazying about in the pool. However, things got dire when she revealed that she believed she was drugged at her first Star Island party. She claimed that there were only a maximum of 50 guests, saying,

"I don't remember how I got home I was so high. There was always something in the drinks. It was very exclusive. There were lots of beautiful girls. He always had some buddies with him. Not necessarily famous people, but people who used to work with him. His entourage. They would go inside the house, and then come out to where the party was. A lot of people were inside and I would always wonder why."

She recalled picking a drink off of the "tray of shots he would give to people," and in retrospect, thinks it was spiked with either MDMA, also known as ecst*sy, or molly. She said she felt "pretty happy" after ingesting it. She continued,

"He always had a bodyguard with a bottle of champagne in his hand. I heard that supposedly, the champagne had drugs in it. Maybe now, thinking back, that particular bottle was for him and his guests that he wants to get high with."

While she made it clear that she never saw Diddy engaging in any explicit behavior he has been accused of, she noted that his parties were always very "opulent" and had s*xual innuendo. She also recanted seeing a shift in his behavior in 2009, "when he had a lot of money." According to her, he got a bit "cocky."

"Maybe he thinks he's better than God. Like nobody can touch him. When people get a lot of money and get so famous, they feel invincible."

Combs was arrested in Manhattan earlier this month and was detained in jail following the denial of his bail. He pleaded not guilty to all of the allegations brought forth against him, including pr*stitution, racketeering, and s*x trafficking.
