Tiffany Fong, reportedly one of the highest-paid media personalities on X, has been scrutinized after her account was discovered on an adult website. Not long after, billionaire mogul Elon Musk unfollowed her. Fong, however, has since rebutted the allegations.
The drama has since been unfurling on X, with Fong releasing a slew of tweets in her defense. She claims that the account, which was created in 2019, was not hers. At the time of writing, Musk does not follow Tiffany Fong. Reflecting on the same, she claimed that Musk unfollowed her a while ago for different reasons altogether.
"lmao I don't even know what app this is supposed to be but this is literally not me," she stated on X.
Tiffany Fong claims X is going to have a field day over the baseless allegations against her
In a series of tweets, Tiffany Fong penned about the day she had had with comments calling her a “p********” based on screenshots from a fake profile. When someone asked her if Musk unfollowed her for it, she said:
"Elon unfollowed me a few days ago about something else lmao the alerts just came out today."
She added:
"These are all photos pulled from my public ig account. I'm sure X will have fun with this though."
In a few follow-up tweets, Fong maintains that not only can she not access the account, she is also unsure of what app it is on. She claims that "no one even has a link to it or anything." She also maintains that she "legit can’t tell if it’s an actual account or someone just photoshopped it."
At the time of writing, it is unclear if the account is hers or a bogus one. As reported by Caclub India, Fong allegedly worked as an es*ort for several rich businessmen who flew in from China. Furthermore, sources claim she has reportedly been getting close to several such individuals believed to be entrepreneurs.
Tiffany Fong got married to Jason Chen over 2 years ago. Reportedly, they met during a promotional video shoot in California, and the two allegedly share an open relationship.
Tiffany Fong is a cryptojournalist. Reportedly, during the pandemic, she developed an interest in cryptocurrency. Not long after, she invested $200,000 in Bitcoin in Celcius Network. However, within a year, the company went bankrupt, culminating in substantial losses for Fong.
It was then that she rose to fame, as she began uncovering crypto scams on social media in 2022. She also blew the whistle on Sam Bankman, the FTX founder who went to jail for 25 years for similar scandals.
