Demi Lovato's health is now in stable condition. This is because the Stone Cold singer recently took to TikTok where she posted a video of hers giving a cooking tutorial on cooking a whole roast chicken. However, not all the fans were paying attention to the chicken in the video.

In the video, Lovato gives instructions on making roast chicken and tells her viewers that it might be overwhelming but it's fine. The video was posted on March 11:

“Today we are making a whole roasted chicken,” Demi said. “It seems really overwhelming, but it’s not. We’re gonna have fun… and I’m telling myself this because I feel overwhelmed.”

While the singer was seasoning the raw meat and was busy doing all the preparations, some of the viewers couldn't help but notice that her hands were shaking. One of the users also commented on the video on the video about the same:

“I'm afraid of seeing her shaking that hard.”

To this, Lovato assured the viewers that she was fine while she wrote the same response in the video.

Demi Lovato's struggle with mental health

Lovato has been vocal about her struggle with mental health. While speaking to The Hollywood Reporter in August 2024, Lovato said that she has little recollection of her life after her 2008 movie, Camp Rock. She told the publication that she never realized that fame as a child could be so traumatic and that she is remorseful for how she treated those around her as a child:

“I think I’d passed the threshold of what I could withstand emotionally and physically, I didn’t realize that child stardom could be traumatic—and it isn’t traumatic for everyone, but for me, it was.”
“It’s easy to excuse that behavior because I was so young and in so much pain,” she continued, “but I’m really remorseful, and that's a guilt that stays with you forever.”

According to an article by Entertainment Tonight, Lovato has spoken about her drug overdose in 2018 and the adverse effects that it had on her health. Lovato said that she is now much better and happier.

In the year 2023, according to Billboard, the singer appeared on Andy Cohem's show and expressed that the overdose caused her vision and hearing impairment.

“When I think about things, the closest thing that I get to regret is when I overdosed… that overdose caused me a lot of… it actually caused a disability. I have vision impairment and hearing impairment to this day.”

Lovato has been an advocate of mental health after her struggle because she didn't have anyone to guide her when she was young.
