Playboi Carti has been going viral for an image of him alongside his alleged model girlfriend, Giovanna Ramos. The Atlanta rapper, whose own s*xual orientation has been a long-time hot topic, has stirred up the internet as Ramos identifies as a les*ian, according to her TikTok bio.
Playboi Carti can be seen in the image with his arms around Ramos. He's dressed in all-white, complete with a varsity jacket and a head scarf of the same color, while the Atlanta model kept things casual in a grey sweatshirt and a stack of necklaces.
The internet took notice, and the image has sparked a flurry of memes and reactions. "Carti really turned Gio straight," one user said.
Several others jokingly lauded Playboi Carti for his actions.

Giovanna Ramos is a 2000-born model from Atlanta. She first rose to fame for being featured on the music video for Lil Yachty's track Slide. She told Complex in August 2023,
“I started modeling in 2019 a few months before the pandemic. I had just moved back to NYC and decided that I would give it a shot and see where it takes me… Honestly, I just like to have fun with [modeling], I think the best part about modeling is that I’m 100 percent myself and that might be the reason I grew my socials so fast and people f**k with me so hard.”

In March 2021, Playboi Carti was probed about his s*xuality, to which he told Highnsobriety that he was always gonna "go left" if the "world's going right."
"If your cross is straight, then I’m gonna put my sh*t upside down. If you hate cigarettes, then I’m gonna smoke as many as I can,” he declared, before addressing rumors of his sexual orientation. "I'm anti-everything. I'm not going out my way to have people like, 'Oh, what the f**k’s Carti on? Is he gay, or is he trolling?' No, bro — I don’t give a f*ck. I'm being myself."
He added that he regretted not being his true self earlier,
"I hate that I waited so long to be myself. I wish I came in like this. But if you look at my career you see little signs of that sh*t. Even if I wasn’t wearing all black and all that sh*t, I always had a glimpse of this. 'Oh yeah, bro out here, he on some whole other sh*t' – it's always been me. From the moment I came into this game. You know what I’m saying?"
More famously, Playboi Carti rapped about his s*xuality on his Whole Lotta Red song New Tank, saying, "They thought I was g*y."
