Drake made headlines when he sat down with Kick streamer Adin Ross this Thursday, December 26, for DRIZZMAS. At one point during the call, Ben, who was also present on the live stream, rang up Kai Cenat, only for Drake to give a shoutout to him,

During the call, The God’s Plan rapper congratulated Kai Cenat for his successful run of Mafiathon 2, and fans are amused, to put it one way. It is important to note that some of these reactions are based on the assumption that Cenat called Ben and not the other way around, though the reactions are still worth reading. Here's how one user reacted, for example:

"Bro really wants to be so included."

The chatter didn't end there:

"Kai always gotta make something abt him. He doesn’t even acknowledge Adin the whole call," someone noted.
"kai ignores adin for a whole year while he streams by himself on kick but calls in the second he gets on drakes stream," another user added.
"Kai calls on his biggest stream just to fit in but did not call him all of his subathon," one more weighed in.
"Does this confirm Adin surpassing Kai?" someone else asked.

Netizens were cutthroat, brutal even:

"Watching Drake genuinely hype up Kai's success on stream last night showed me exactly why both of these guys keep winning - real recognizes real without the industry politics," one user stated.
"He ignored Adin for a year but calls now during one of Adin's biggest streams??" someone else questioned.
"Kai calls on his biggest stream just to fit in but did not call him all of his subathon," yet another echoed.
"A Drake X kai stream gon feed families," someone jokingly suggested.

Several users also begged the Canadian actor cum rapper to join forces with Kai Cenat for a livestream.

Drake tips his hat for Kai Cenat, says he and Adin Ross are redefining things for the "entire next generation"

During the clip, as Drake speaks with Kai Cenat, he can be heard saying:

"Congrats on everything. That was a great run that you had just now." When Cenat asks him what he's doing, he says, "Trynna just give away some great sh*t, just bless some people you already know."

He then asks Kai Cenat what he wants to put in, noting that he's rich. When the latter asks them what they've given away this far, Drake says they've paid off three people's rent for the entire year, given "whips," and given two couples a "dream vacation." He also revealed that they would be giving away $250,000 to two people, in addition to a G-Wagon or a Lamborghini.

Furthermore, the 6 God said that one lucky entrepreneur would receive a staggering $100K. As for how these recipients are being chosen, Adin Ross clarified that it was based on stories sent in from the public. Kai Cenat then pitched $5000 from his end, and Drake nearly dissed him for spending this amount only for shoes, and he visibly was prodding for more before he tapered off.

"Yo Kai listen, the year's ending, and I just wanna say we're all very very happy and very proud of you. Yo, I said this the other day, I'm gonna say it on stream, you're redefining what the whole next generation wants to be. You, Adin, Speed. Shoutout to everybody that's doing it, but you three, yo, you guys are redefining what the next generation wants to be."

The God’s Plan rapper continued, noting that "there was a time when everybody wanted to be an actor, model, rapper, or singer," but the streamers have since revolutionized the entire business. The Canadian rapper gave a shout-out to all the streamers.
