Brandon Sklenar is standing up against his trolls.

Sklenar, 34, and Meghann Fahy were speaking about their latest film, Drop, in a video MTV posted on Instagram on Friday, April 11. However, one user in the comments section dubbed Sklenar “Walmart Glen Powell.”

The actor, however, showcased his quick wit when he shot back:

“Who doesn’t love a bargain?”

The user was seemingly surprised to have scored a response from the actor, effectively turning into a fan.

“Rlly don’t know u from any movies yet but you’ve just gained a supporter 🤣,” the troll replied.

Here's who Brandon Sklenar is supporting amid the ongoing legal drama between It Ends With Us co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni:

Brandon Sklenar is known for his role as Atlas in the box-office hit It Ends With Us. In the wake of the ongoing legal drama between former co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, Page Six has reported that Sklenar is distancing himself from the pair. The news comes on the heels of him previously voicing his support for the actress.

When spotted at the airport recently, paparazzi asked him if he had “any words of encouragement” for his former castmates, to which he responded, “Lead with love and compassion.”

Lively sued Baldoni in December 2024, alleging s*xual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her. The actor has categorically denied the claims and has since fired back with a lawsuit of his own. Baldoni is now suing Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for defamation.

As for Brandon Sklenar, he initially backed Lively when he took to Instagram to share a screenshot of the New York Times article that broke the news of the lawsuit, writing in his story:

“For the love of God read this.”

Baldoni also filed a lawsuit against The New York Times, which, according to Page Six, vowed to “vigorously defend” itself. Nonetheless, this February, when Gayle King asked him on CBS Mornings if he was "Team Justin or Team Blake," Sklenar said he was "Team It Ends With Us."

In March, at the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, he was asked how he hoped to support Lively, prompting Brandon Sklenar to refer to the situation as “tough.”

“I just hope everyone remembers what the movie is about and why we made it in the first place,” he told the Hollywood Reporter at the time. “It’s about love, and it’s about supporting women in general and helping people through tough times.”

Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively's trial is slated to begin in March 2026.
