In the lawsuit, details of which were acquired by TMZ, the Florida native complainant, Manzaro Joseph, alleged that the Bad Boy Records label founder drugged and humiliated him by forcing him to wear a p**is mask and paraded him in front of his high profile guests during a 2015 party in Star Island, Miami.

Details of the lawsuit against Diddy naming Beyoncé and Jay-Z

According to TMZ, the lawsuit alleges that the incident took place during Diddy’s son, Christian “King” Combs’ 17th birthday party at the Estefans’ Miami abode. The lawsuit claims that Gloria Estefan encountered Joseph, and while expressing concern for his “dr*g-induced stupor,” the singer asked that an ambulance be called for him. As per TMZ, the lawsuit claims that Estefan’s husband, the musician Emilio Estefan, led Gloria away.

According to People Magazine, the lawsuit alleges that Joseph then encountered LeBron James before being led to Diddy’s mansion via an underground path by po*n star Adria English, where he came face to face with Beyoncé and Jay-Z. Beyoncé is said to have asked why an almost n**ed man wearing a s*x toy on his face was in front of her, as per the lawsuit, which further alleged that the pop star was told that Joseph was being punished for being a ‘snitch’ by Diddy.

As per the People Magazine, the lawsuit goes on to allege that another s*x device was forcibly attached to his head, and he was made to wear a th**g before being subject to “to degrading and non-consensual acts.”

Celebrities’ responses to the lawsuit

People Magazine notes that while Diddy, Emilio Estefan, and Adria English were named as defendants in the lawsuit, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, and LeBron James were not mentioned as defendants.

In statements shared with TMZ, the Estefans denied the allegations, claiming that their house was never used as a venue for parties during the relevant period. LeBron James’ spokesperson also denied that the basketball star was present at the event. Jay-Z’s representative told the news outlet that the rapper was elsewhere doing that time, saying,

“Mr Carter wasn't in Florida at that time to witness this incident - he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our "justice" system”

People Magazine noted that Beyoncé has not released a statement in connection with the lawsuit yet.

Meanwhile, Diddy, who faces trial in May on multiple charges of s*x trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, as well as intending to undertake pr***itution, denied the new allegations through a statement made by his legal team. In the statement released by People Magazine, Diddy’s Reagan team said,

“This complaint demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday. No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.”

Earlier coverage by the BBC of the magnanimous parties thrown by Diddy Combs, which are now mentioned in numerous lawsuits against the rapper and music producer, shared that often, Diddy had a dress code of all-white for his high-profile guests. As per the BBC, Jay-Z and Beyoncé were frequent sights at the parties, also releasing their new music at the gatherings.
