He was let go on bail on Thursday, October 10, by a court in Perth, with a surety of 100,000 Australian dollars ($67,400).

Yung Filly expresses his loneliness, claims Chunkz would never showup for him

It remains unclear if Chunkz, 28, and Yung Filly, 28 have had a falling out, as an official statement has yet to be made. As such, the podcast's future hangs in the balance. Fans have been chiming in with their own theories, however, pointing to an uncomfortable instance between the two from March 28, 2024.

In the episode, titled Is Chunkz a Good Friend to Filly? the two sat down for episode 23 of their podcast The Chunkz and Filly Show, which streams on all platforms. At one point, Yung Filly expressed his loneliness to his co-presenter, and revealed that he scrolled through his phone to see if there was anyone he could call over. He said, in the episode,

"I scrolled through my phone yesterday to see who I could call to come and stay at my house. Do you know how sad that is?"

However, Chunkz replied with a flabbergasted, "Why didn't you call me?" to which the Colombian-British musician replied,

"Chunkz, I know you. There is no way on earth, if I called you and said: 'Chunkz, I feel lonely. Come and sleep over my house', you would come over."

Chunkz then concurred, noting he's quite busy, especially if it were in the month of Ramadan, the Islamic month of fasting and prayer. However, Filly retorted, claiming that it's not just during the Ramadan month.

"The lies! He wouldn't call or come over in general. He's only been to my house four times."

Chunkz shot back, pointing out that Yung Filly had yet to come over to his house more than a handful of times, to which Filly told him he'd been over to his house "way more than" the former had been to Filly's. Things seemingly took a more serious turn when Chunkz questioned the reasons behind his visits. However, Filly defended himself, noting that it was "To come over and chill of course!"

However, an apparently dissatisfied Chunks pulled out his phone and rang up their common friend, content creator Ilyas Noreaga. He asked him if Filly had ever come to their homes "'for the sole reason of just hang out with us," to which Noreaga replied, "No." Yung Filly, unhappy with the answer, beckoned for his counterpart to hang up the phone.

The conversation ended not long after with the two in giggles, but it was enough to prompt fans to believe that tensions may have been ruminating between them.

"Filly just stated he felt lonely in this episode w/ all his friends and instead of reassurance that you will always be there no matter what, it turned into an argument. Time and place. Like it's sad. I'm so glad Lawrence asked him what's going on. Then for Chunkz to go back and talk about his flaws about not coming around without reassuring again is messed up. Then Lawrence had remind him Filly just said he was lonely. Chunkz made it about all the stuff he does for Filly. I know they are brothers but this was hard to watch. Like kicking someone when they are down," another fan continued.
