Amanda Lehan-Canto of Smosh announces pregnancy in new Instagram post

Actor, comedian and voice-over artist Amanda Lehan-Canto has announced her pregnancy in an Instagram carousel post.

The star, 37, made the announcement on April 24, on Instagram, with photos showing off her belly in a white-and-orange button-down shirt. In one photo, beau Hardzei 'HP' Perapechka can be seen holding her belly. In the caption, she wrote:

"Mother. Mama. Mãe. Мамуля. Mommmmmmy. Hey Ma!!!!!"

Amanda Lehan-Canto gained recognition for her work with the YouTube sketch-comedy improv collective, Smosh, which was started by Anthony Padilla and Ian Hecox.

She was born on 14 February 1988 in Easton, Massachussetts and began appearing in Smosh videos in April 2022 before being confirmed as a member of the Smosh Family in March, 2022. Lehan-Canto has also contributed as a writer and host on the show and she co-hosts the Smosh Mouth podcast.

Before kicking off her career with Smosh, Amanda Lehan-Canto got her B.A degree in Communications/Broadcasting & Theater from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She has worked as a production assistant and writer at WHDH - TV Channel 7(NBC) in Boston, and also worked with comedy platforms like WhoHaHa and Funny or Die.

Amanda-Lehan Canto had also worked in commercials for brands including, Old Navy, T-Mobile, and Buffalo Wild Wings.

Amanda-Lehan Canto and Hardzei 'HP' Perapechka got engaged in January 2022, before tying the knot in May 2023. While Hardzei maintains a relatively private lifestyle, he is well known by the Smosh community and Amanda's fans. Hardzei is not a member of Smosh, but is often seen on Amanda's social media posts.
