Air Force One co-stars Harrison Ford and Glenn Close had quite the reunion at the 82nd Golden Globe Awards as the two Hollywood icons were reportedly seen seated next to each other. It has been almost three decades since Ford played President James Marshall in the 1997 thriller.

Close was seen in the role of Vice President, assisting him in the hostage situation. As per Harrison Ford's statement to People Magazine, Air Force One is one of those movies that still resonates with him in some ways. Moreover, he reportedly loves quoting lines from the script to date. 'Get off my plane' is one such iconic dialogue he keeps repeating, as reported by People Magazine.

People Magazine revealed that Air Force One icons Harrison Ford and Glenn Close sat next to each other as a part of the 82nd Golden Globes' audience. Fans of the movie will be thrilled to see the two legendary actors together again after so many years.

Host Nikki Glaser reportedly shared a comic moment with Ford in her opening statement at the ceremony. She shared a funny backstage conversation with the Indiana Jones star, saying:

"I was actually talking to Harrison backstage, and after he gave me his drink order, I said, “Would you rather work with Zendaya or Ariana?” And he said, 'indica,' so we’re going to find him some."

Ford's Air Force One co-artist Glenn Close has been nominated eight times for the Academy Awards and bagged three Golden Globes throughout her notable career. Some of her famous movies are The Natural (1984), Dangerous Liaisons (1988), Tarzan (1999), Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), and The Wife (2017).

Close reportedly opened up about her role in Air Force One in an interview at the 2020 Vanity Fair, saying that she was not ready for the part where her character would break down crying. She mentioned in a statement:

"And I said, ‘I will not do that. I don’t think that would happen. Not my Vice President. My Vice President would not break down into tears, she would step up to the challenge. So they changed it."
