The story of My Fault: London centers on an 18-year-old girl named Noah who transits from her Florida home to London accompanied by her mother, Ella. While in London, she starts living with her stepfather William and his son (Noah's stepbrother), Nick (after her stepfather marries her mother).

Soon after, problems arise as Noah and Nick get drawn towards each other - a spark that sends the duo down a path of romance, even after they try to resist (given the complicated family involvement).
