The film follows a teenage girl from Florida named Noah, who, along with her mother Ella, and stepfather William, shifts all the way to London.
However, things get complicated when Noah meets William's son Nick, and sparks fly between the duo. But things are not so smooth upon the arrival of Noah's alienated father.
The plotline of My Fault: London, as per IMDb, says:
"An 18-year-old girl moves from America to London with her mother and wealthy stepfather. She meets her stepbrother, and an attraction brews despite their efforts. Unaware, her estranged father tracks her down after release from prison."
As suggested in the name of the film bearing 'London', it is obvious that the location does play a huge part in the storyline.
Let us explore the various filming locations where My Fault: London has been shot, and what role these locations play in its storytelling.
As per The Cinemaholic, the filming of My Fault: London took around two months to complete, ranging between March and May of last year, 2024. The camerawork marked its commencement on March 12, 2024.
What were the filming locations of My Fault: London?
1) 'Brands Hatch', at West Kingsdown, Kent, England

There are some car racing scenes in the film, which have been shot in the famous car racing track named Brands Hatch, located at West Kingsdown, Kent, England.
There could not perhaps be any better place for filming these exhilarating sequences, that too in such a prominent and well-recognizable place of car racing in the UK.
As per Timeout, director Charlotte Fassler shared her cheerful experience of having driven a scout van on these particular racing tracks.
2) 'MC Motors' at Dalston, London, England

A very crucial party sequence takes place in the film, which was shot at MC Motors, situated at Dalston. An important shooting location, the area spans up to a massive 6,000 sq/ft.
There is an important scene when Noah goes after Nick and lands up at a party after a heated conversation between them is left at the Albert Bridge.
Therefore, MC Motors has been turned into a party place for filming this particular scene.
3) 'Highwood', at Mill Hill

Noah's affluent stepfather William and his son Nick's classic residence has been shot at Highwood, Mill Hill, situated on the Northern side of London.
The aesthetics of the location showcase a sense of opulence and magnificence that the director duo intended to showcase, and this place has undoubtedly served the purpose.
The location gives a spectacular and enduring view, which gets imprinted in the viewers' minds in their cinema-viewing experience.
4) Tenerife, at Spain

This famous and densely populated island of Spain has also been one of the prime locations of the film. It is for the scenes when Noah and Nick go for a weekend holiday to Ibiza to cease some freedom and peace from their parents' meddling.
But the makers made a conscious choice of showcasing Tenerife as Ibiza, as they were seeking more tepid weather for filming the scene.
It is a compelling choice to have shot the couple's running away location, as the scenic visuals of the water and the hot sun give a feeling of refreshment and openness, as opposed to a freezing, chilly climate.
5) Union Street, at Southwark

Perhaps one of the most charged moments of the film has to be the car-chasing scenes between Noah and her vindictive father.
The location showcased The Shard, during this very adrenaline-pumping, intense moment in the film. The directors have made a very smart choice of choosing Union Street, as Southwark.
It not only highlights the theme of elitism but also the precariousness has been visually showcased impeccably.
6) Queen Elizabeth Car Park, at Stratford
Noah and Nick's first kiss was filmed at Queen Elizabeth Car Park, at Stratford.
This lively location with the picturesque view of the London Skyline, compliments the young couples' high-spirited romance. Keeping the essence of London in this dreamy moment has worked wonders in this sequence.
7) Albert Bridge, London

Another charged moment takes place at the Albert Bridge, after Noah and Nick have a heated argument in the car. Post that, Nick leaves Noah in the middle of this particular bridge.
The choice of a bridge in such a delicate and sensitive moment is a compelling one, as it gives a sense of fragility and chaos.
Since a bridge connects two areas, a scene of the duo's conflict on an area of connection works beautifully in the scene.
8) Plaisterers Hall, London
The indoors of the famous ball scene of Noah was filmed at Plaisterers Hall, with its majestic interiors emitting the grandeur that the scene demands.
This location speaks volumes about Noah's life, as it was completely opposite to her surroundings before she shifted to London.
9) Burlington House, at Mayfair
This historical English architectural site serves as the location which marks Noah's earliest social event in London. The rich Neo-Palladian-styled building acts as an enticing place, as well as symbolic of change in Noah's life.
