Justin Baldoni has launched a new website, thelawsuitinfo.com, to counter allegations made by Blake Lively against him. The website outlines Baldoni and his production company's grievances against the It Ends With Us actress.

In response to Justin Baldoni’s new website, which he allegedly launched to tarnish Blake Lively’s image, the New York Times has emphasized that Baldoni's claims represent a rehash of previous unfounded accusations made against the publication.

According to TMZ, a spokesperson from the New York Times said,

"The Baldoni/Wayfarer legal filings are rife with inaccuracies about The New York Times, including, for example, the bogus claim that The Times had early access to Ms. Lively's state civil rights complaint. Mr. Baldoni's lawyers base their erroneous claim on postings by amateur internet sleuths, who, not surprisingly, are wrong."

In addition, they noted,

"that a version of the Lively state complaint published by The Times carries the date 'December 10' even though the complaint wasn't filed until more than a week later. The problem: that date is generated by Google software and is unrelated to the date when The Times received it and posted it.”

The spokesperson further explained that,

“A look at the metadata from the posted document correctly shows it was posted after Ms. Lively filed it with the California Civil Rights Department."

Baldon’s website reportedly included a comprehensive 224-page document which consisted of detailed legal documents, emails, and video evidence aimed at disproving Lively's claims of se*ual harassment and retaliation. Here are the key details of Justin Baldon’s website.

What details were included in Justin Baldoni’s website?

Reports stated that Justin Baldon’s website appeared on February 1, 2025, in an attempt to strengthen his allegations against Blake Lively. His website includes detailed legal documents, emails, and video evidence aimed at disproving Lively's claims of se*ual harassment and retaliation.

According to WZDM, the website featured a landing page with links to two PDF files. It included a copy of the newly amended complaint and another 168-page document showcasing a “timeline of relevant events” related to the case.

The new allegations levied by Baldoni’s team alleged that metadata on the Times’ website shows that the paper had access to Lively’s civil rights complaint at least 11 days before its December 21, 2024 report, as indicated by Variety.

He further accused Ryan Reynolds of “bullying” him with the character of Nicepool in Deadpool & Wolverine.

As per Bryan Freedman, Baldoni’s attorney:

“This fresh evidence corroborates what we knew all along, that due to purely egotistical reasons Ms. Lively and her entire team colluded for months to destroy reputations through a complex web of lies, false accusations and the manipulation of illicitly received communications.”

The report mentioned that the December 21 article titled, We Can Bury Anyone’: Inside a Hollywood Smear Machine, accused Baldoni and his PR team of tarnishing Lively’s reputation.

The documents were reportedly filed on January 31, 2025, Friday in New York federal court ahead of the case’s first hearing on Monday, February 3, 2025.

Earlier, Lively claimed that she was s*xually harassed on the sets of It Ends With Us by Baldoni and filed a lawsuit against him. She also listed his Wayfarer studio and former PR representatives in the filing in December.

In response, Baldoni filed a defamation lawsuit of $250 million against The New York Times, claiming that the publication engaged in a "malicious and reckless" defamation campaign against him in connection with allegations made by Blake Lively.

According to the reports, the lawsuit contended that the Times collaborated with Lively to create a damaging narrative about Baldoni, which began developing as early as October 31, 2024, prior to Lively's formal complaint against him.
