The Ralph Fiennes starrer Conclave can be streamed on Amazon Prime Video.

Before being available on Prime, the film was available to stream on Peacock. However, the streaming platform will no longer show the film. Now, Amazon Prime Video is on board to bring Conclave to us. The streaming will commence on 22nd April, 2025.

Amidst the devastating news of Pope Francis's passing away, it seems like more people have been curious to watch the film. Interestingly, the film's plot is resonating with what is currently happening in the real world.

A story set in the Catholic Church, the film follows the complex events that take place post the death of the Pope, as the Church now has to designate a new Pope.

Conclave shall begin streaming on Amazon Prime Video, commencing on 22nd April, 2025.

  • If you are looking for a yearly membership in Amazon Prime, you have to pay up to $139.

  • Per year, it charges up to $69.

The film has been immensely successful, both critically and commercially. It has garnered several prestigious awards and nominations as well. It has amassed a total of $115,642,678 in its worldwide collection.

Helmed by Edward Berger, Conclave has been nominated in eight different categories at the Oscars. The categories include

  • Best Editing
  • Best Production Design
  • Best Original Score
  • Best Adapted Screenplay
  • Best Picture
  • Best Actor (Ralph Fiennes for his role as Cardinal Thomas Lawrence)

Out of these nominations, the film only won the Best Adapted Screenplay, honoring Peter Straughan, who has penned the screenplay of the feature. Straughan has also received the Golden Globe and the BAFTA for his work in the film as well.

Along with that, the film has proceeded to win two more BAFTAs in the categories of Best Editing and Outstanding British Film. The editor of the film is Nick Emerson, and the producers of the film include Tessa Ross, Michael Jackman, and Juliette Howell, with Peter Straughan and helmer Edward Berger also joining them in producing the film.

Along with Ralph Fiennes and Isabella Rossellini, the film also stars Stanley Tucci, John Lithgow, Carlos Diehz, Lucian Msamati, Brían F. O'Byrne, and many others.
