Railbird Music Festival is set to be held from May 31, 2025, to June 1, 2025, at The Infield at Red Mile in Lexington, Kentucky. The 2025 edition will be the festival's fifth edition, having been first held in 2019, then in 2021, and then again in 2023 and 2024.
Ticket sales for the festival will start with a presale on January 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. ET. Registration for the presale is currently ongoing from the official website. To register, visit the website and click on the 'sign up for presale passcode' option. US-based patrons may use mobile numbers, while international patrons will need to use email addresses.
General onsale will follow on January 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. ET. Tickets will be available from the same website. Interested patrons will need to visit said website's tickets page, choose their ticket category, input their details, and follow the steps as required to complete ticket purchases.
Tickets for the festival are priced according to categories. 2 Day tickets start at $235 under the general admission categories, with fees climbing in subsequent categories. GA+ tickets start at $375, VIP tickets start at $740, with platinum tickets starting from $1720, Superfecta tickets from $12, 500, and Cabanas from $60,000.
1 Day tickets start at $150 under general admission, $275 under GA+, $460 under VIP, and $949 for platinum tickets. Hotel Packages will also be available, depending upon a combination of festival passes and hotel room prices. Parking is separate, with platinum parking starting at $100 for 2 days and at $50 for 1 day.

The festival has a strict list of items allowed at the festival premises. These are listed below:
- CLEAR bags made up of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC, and no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Small clutch purses and fanny packs with no more than 1 pocket. Clutch purses no larger than 6" x 9" (See Full Bag Policy Below)
- Baby Strollers, including stroller wagons designed to transport children with children present.
- Frisbees
- Binoculars
- Blankets, Sheets, Towels
- Cameras (basic point and shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses and other accessories (monopods, tripods, GoPro mounts, and other attachments are not allowed)
- Empty reusable water bottles and hydration packs, and plastic or aluminum water bottles.
- Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less
- Personal-sized hand sanitizer
- Portable battery packs
- Personal misting fans with a bottle no larger than 1.5 L (must be empty upon entry)
- Factory sealed Naloxone/Narcan kit
- Hydration/Electrolyte packets in factory sealed single serving package(s)
Prescription Medicine Requirements:
- Anyone needing prescription medicine at the festival must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name to our medical staff at each entrance gate. Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of the prescribed medication for that day.
- Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler.
- Over-the-counter medications are allowed in a sufficient supply for the day. Bottle contents will be verified by medical personnel at the entry gates.
Railbird Music Festival is currently organized by C3 Presents and has previously seen performances by acts such as Mandolin Orange, Zach Bryan, Noah Kahan, and Chris Stapleton.
