The iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour 2024 is scheduled to be held from December 3, 2024, to December 21, 2024, in venues across the mainland United States. The tour will feature shows in cities such as New York City, Boston, Miami, Atlanta, and Philadelphia, among others.
Tickets will be available for presale for Capitol One cardmembers from October 1, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. local time and for the general sale from October 4, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. local time.
Tickets can be accessed on the tour's official website or via Ticketmaster. For those unable to purchase tickets, ABC will air a special broadcast of the tour on December 18, 2024. The timing of the broadcast is not available yet.

Tom Poleman, chief programming officer at iHeartMedia, and John Sykes, the president of entertainment enterprises at iHeartMedia, elaborated on the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour 2024 in a press statement released to People.com's exclusive article on the tour on September 27, 2024:
"Nearly 30 years ago, iHeartRadio New York's Z100 introduced Jingle Ball, the first ever NYC holiday concert with the biggest artists of the year performing their #1 hits. The show quickly became a holiday tradition and has now grown into a nationwide multi-city sold out tour that we bring back to fans every year."
iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour is being presented by Capitol One and will be available for listening via iHeartRadio and other radio stations on each show. The list of radio stations and corresponding shows is given below:
