About the Actor: Olivia Holt gained recognition through her roles with starring in Disney projects like I Didn’t Do It and Kickin’ It.

She later fleshed herself out into more advanced projects, such as starring as Tandy Bowen/Dagger in Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger.

Away from being an actor, she also dabbles in a musical career with having a collaboration with someone as huge as Megan Trainor.

About the Character: Olivia Holt stars as Ally who is the film’s main protagonist—a med-school flunkout currently working at an advertisement firm.

Grappling with heartbreak and career dissatisfaction, she happens to suddenly have a connection with Jay, whose existence tip-offs a budding romance.

However, this growing relationship latches on to the eyes of the Heart Eyes killer, pushing Ally to face up to her fears and fight for survival.

2) Mason Gooding as Jay Simmonds

About the Actor: Mason Gooding has previously starred in the series Love, Victor. He has also starred in the recently developing Scream franchise where he stars as Chad Meeks-Martin.

His performance and art are usually a mixture of humor and being charming with his characters, which makes Gooding a reliable fit for this role.

About the Character: Jay is a creative freelancer in the advertisement firm where Ally currently works. He is brought to Seattle by Ally’s boss to lend a helping hand on a struggling jewelry campaign.

Even though Jay is a charming fellow along with being self-assured, sometimes, his well-intentioned efforts often lead to comical disasters.

As Jay and Ally find their way out through the night of horror, his vulnerabilities appear, which ends up toughening their connection in surprising ways.

3) Jordana Brewster as Detective Jeanine Shaw

About the Actor: Jordana Brewster is previously known and recognized for her role as Mia Toretto in the Fast & Furious franchise. She is also seen in American Crime Story and Dallas, which vouches for her being a versatile actor.

About the Character: Brewster plays Detective Shaw in the film and she is one of the Seattle police officers that have been assigned to solving the killer case.

She examines the ruthless kills that have frightened the entire city. Shaw’s character balances out humor and willpower, providing a surprisingly lightweight divergence to the film’s strain.

The Supporting Cast

1) Gigi Zumbado as Monica – Ally’s satirical but trustworthy best friend, adding some level of comical relief to the intense narrative.

2) Devon Sawa as Detective Zeke Hobbs – A daunting police officer who contrasts with the more laidback Detective Shaw.

3) Michaela Watkins as Crystal Cane – Ally’s boss at the advertising agency, whose choice to bring in Jay at the firm puts the entire plot in flow.
