Chris Columbus directed the fantasy movie Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets in 2002, based on a script by Steve Kloves. It is based on the 1998 book by J. K. Rowling of the same name. This is the second entry of the Harry Potter film series, which was produced by David Heyman, and is the follow-up to Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (2001).
