The basic premise of Late Night with the Devil is simple: to revive his fading career and the ratings of his talk show Night Owls, Jack Delroy decides to host a Halloween special. The show takes a bold turn with a girl supposedly possessed by demons brought onto the screens along with her doctor. A decision that, unbeknownst to Jack and his team, sets the stage for a night of real fear.

Late Night with the Devil is a notable achievement in contemporary horror films. It features excellent acting, a deft storyline, and a distinctive look.

The film is an indistinct genre banger that celebrates the best of horror but also critiques it. It's a remarkable achievement in modern horror and an example of smooth, sharp storytelling with some great performances.

The film is available to stream on Prime Video

2) Terrifier 3

Terrifier 3 is a Christmas slasher film set five years after Sienna and her underage brother escape the Halloween massacre by Art the Clown in Terrifier 2. The siblings are trying to put their lives back together in this one.

As Christmas approaches, they do what they can to get into the spirit of the season and move on with the lives they built after the nightmare of Terrifier 2. But in a world where nowhere is safe, Art the Clown is there to destroy whatever happiness these two characters have managed to hold onto for as long as they can.

This time around, however, Terrifier 3 gives fans more distinctive kills. A film that goes dark may not be lighthearted at all. Butt the Christmas setting will add a fun twist to the brutality.

Terrifier 3 will be released on October 11, 2024.

In a Violent Nature is a new Canadian slasher film from 2024. Filmed in Ontario, it follows a relentless horror monster named "Johnny" as he goes about his business of bleeding anyone who gets in his way.

The story opens with hushed voices in the Canadian woods discussing the "White Pines Slaughter" and a mysterious medallion found under a fire tower. Before long, we're outside the old house, and Johnny gets up and stomps wordlessly through the woods in search of the locket, which he believes has been stolen by a group of horror movie teenagers.

An experimental slasher that plays around with all-too-familiar conventions, the film is largely told from the killer's point of view, making for a unique nature walk on film, and therefore of obvious interest. It is available on Prime Video.

4) The Exorcism
