Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil expressed his gratitude for first responders after a plane owned by him crashed at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona on Monday, February 10, 2025.
According to a report in ABC 15 Arizona, five people were aboard the plane, out of which one person was killed and four were injured.
The musician’s girlfriend, Rain Hannah, was also among the survivors and suffered five broken ribs, a report in TMZ stated. Her friend, Ashley, and their dogs were also on the plane and survived the tragic accident.
The accident occurred when “the plane veered from the runway, causing it to collide with another parked plane.” Neil’s spokesperson said in a statement, as per Just Jared.
“More specific details regarding the collision are not available as this is a rapidly evolving situation and there is an ongoing investigation. Mr. Neil’s thoughts and prayers go out to everyone involved, and he is grateful for the critical aid of all first responders assisting today.” The representative said.
The incident shocked the internet, as some questioned the absurdity of the plane crash, and others blamed it on maintenance.
