As the story goes, Jerome Vassier (played by Frank Dubosc) goes to his old ancestral house, to spend some quality time with his wife Marie (Suzanne Clement) and three children Clara, Louis, and Theo. Jerome's father Gilbert (Jean Reno) also accompanied them on the vacation.

Things initially get a little chaotic for them, as Gilbert finds it difficult to remember much about his family and the kids go out of control in a new place. Eventually, Jerome discovers a very old board game and he decides to start playing it.
