While on the Happy, Sad, Confused podcast, James Gunn stated that the upcoming superhero film will show audiences a part of Clark Kent's life they have never seen before.
Gunn also hinted the 2025 film's antagonist, Lux Luthor, will be the greatest and most dangerous rival Superman has ever faced. Nicholas Hoult plays Lux Luthor. Gunn supported his claim by adding that Hoult's physical presence would make him look like Superman's equal.
