Coroner is set to release a new album soon. In an exclusive interview with Agoraphobic News on August 1, 2024, Coroner members Ron Royce and Tommy Vetterli elaborated on it. Ron said:

"We have some songs recorded and uh my feel is the songs are much more polished and mature uh than it was in the first career."

Tommy Vetterli took over, stating:

"I wouldn't agree with more polished it's more more mature I would say more I mean lucky past we we wrote the music more to show off that we played that that we practiced a lot and now nowadays we we write more from from the heart and um from the from the balls."

Tommy continued:

"It's going to sound like typically like coroner um but yeah a little more mature there's a lot of technical Parts, in it as well but it's a little bit more song oriented and and in also sounds, very weird like it always does."
