“Biggest downgrade in history”- Internet in disbelief over Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, & Billie Ellish’s snubs at the 67th Grammy Awards

Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, and Billie Eilish are some of the biggest names in modern music, each with multiple albums that have been massive hits in the commercial charts, as well as having won awards all across the world, including the Grammys.

This time, like every year, the three singers were nominated for several awards at the 67th Grammy Awards. However, none of them won a single award in this year's Grammy Awards, sparking disbelief from the internet at the perceived snubs to the singers, as exemplified by the tweet below:

Taylor Swift did not win at the Grammy Awards for the first time since 2022

Taylor Swift did not win a Grammy Award for the first time in three years. The last time the singer did not win any awards was back in 2022 at the 64th Grammy Awards when she had nominations for her album Evermore but did not win any awards.

Before that, the singer did not win any awards from 2018 to 2020. The singer also did not have any nominations in 2017. In 2014 and 2015, Swift similarly failed to win any awards at the Grammy Awards, and in 2011 as well as 2009, she did not have any nominations.
