The Nike and Jordan brands are reuniting with the Atlanta-based streetwear brand A Ma Maniére to launch a new makeover of the Air Jordan 4 sneaker. The Atlanta-based brand recently announced its project "While You Were Sleeping" for its 10th anniversary. The 10th-anniversary project will feature six sneakers in collaboration with Nike, the Jordan label, and Converse.
These six sneakers include colorways of the Air Jordan 3, Air Jordan 4, Air Jordan 39, Nike Air Force 1, Nike Air Max 95, and Converse Weapon Low. After launching the Air Jordan 3 and Air Jordan 39 "While You Were Sleeping" at the end of August 2024, the next release is the Air Jordan 4 "While You Were Sleeping," scheduled for September 20, 2024.
The upcoming A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 4 “While You Were Sleeping" (W.Y.W.S.) sneakers will be available via A Ma Maniére's official e-commerce site and select retail stores for a retail price of $225. They will be offered in sizes ranging from women's 5 to 16.5 and men's 3.5 to 15.

The Atlanta-based sneaker boutique began its collaboration with the Swoosh label in 2021 with the launch of an Air Jordan 3 iteration. Since then, the brand has continued to release multiple makeovers of popular Jordan models, including the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 12, Air Jordan 2, and Air Jordan 4. The official Swoosh label site introduces the label as follows:
"As elements of the city's culture are seen echoing around the world, there is one store that makes sure Atlanta is always one step ahead. A Ma Maniere opened the doors to its Atlanta location in 2014, and have since gone to establish themselves as one of the most influential and forward-thinking retail destinations in the county."
The ongoing collaboration between the two labels, "While You Were Sleeping," is part of A Ma Maniére’s 10th anniversary celebration. This project showcases the brand's future vision while nodding to its archives. The project's special collaborative partners include Nike, Jordan, and Converse. The official site introduces the 6-sneaker collection as follows:
"The special “While You Were Sleeping” collection features six iconic silhouettes reflecting a decade of cultural impact and commitment to classic, timeless luxury. In a landmark moment for the brand, this collection includes models from all Nike brands for only the second time in Nike Inc. history."
The upcoming A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 4 “W.Y.W.S.” sneakers are dressed in a "Fossil Stone/Metallic Pewter-Burgundy Crush" colorway. The upper of the shoe features a monochromatic and subtle fossil stone hue, giving a minimalistic look to the sneaker. This hue is contrasted with bold burgundy crush lining and cream laces.
The deconstructed suede line on the toe boxes adds a luxurious exterior. Branding details include the Jumpman logo and the signature "A" of A Ma Maniére. The shoe is slated to release via A Ma Maniére's official e-commerce site on September 20, 2024, at 11 a.m. EST for $225.
