The Shining, based on the horror book by Stephen King is a nerve-wracking movie. One of the most sinister and eerie scenes in the movie is when actor Jack Nicholson says “Here’s Johnny!” while breaking down a door with an axe. Director Stanley Kubrick was skeptical about the improvisation but later decided to keep it. The scene proved to be a massive hit with the audience. It was twisted and just the right amount of wicked.
