The iconic chick flick, Mean Girls (2004), also has a bit of audition history for its iconic roles. While Black Lively was considered for Karen at one point, which ultimately went to Amanda Seyfried, Amanda was to take on the role of the vicious leader Regina George, which went to Rachel McAdams. Seyfried states that she auditioned for the part and even met Lindsey Lohan and Lively.
