Directed by Chloé Zhao, The Rider, is a Contemporary Western movie starring Brady Jandreau. The film is set in South Dakota. A talented rodeo star, Brady Blackburn (Jandreau), encounters a severe brain-damaging injury, and has to abandon his dreams of horse-riding. Blackburn is forced to live in poverty with his family and do odd jobs. Eventually, he rises above his challenges to fulfill his dreams.
