The wise, all-knowing, and mysterious headmaster of Hogwarts, Professor Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, played by Michael Gambon, is one of the most significant characters in the Harry Potter series. The films barely scratched the surface of Dumbledore’s deeply complex and cryptic character, as he was a man with many secrets. The movies hinted at his greatness, but there’s a vast side of him that remained uncovered. Fans would've loved more of him on the screen.
