19) Arrested Development
It consists of the dysfunctional Bluth family, who lose all their riches when the patriarch lands in jail for white-collar crime. The responsible son, Michael, tries to see his way through the remaining chaos and despair with absurd schemes and legal troubles driving the show forward. The television show is known for its fast-witted humor, complex storylines, and running gags throughout; it uses quick-cut editing and flashbacks to deliver punch lines.
