1) Johnny Depp

Per Vanity Fair, Johnny Depp was paid a staggering $16 million for his minute's role as Gellert Grindelwald because he had a "pay-or-play" clause that made sure he received payment regardless of the role being reduced or limited in a movie.
He appeared on the screen for just a few minutes, yet Warner Bros. had to give him his pay without considering how long he showed up on the screen.
