The movie Bridget Jones's Diary was a cultural phenomenon. One of the greatest scenes in the movie was when Mark Darcy gifted Bridget a blank diary as a Christmas gift. This was a very thoughtful and heart-warming gesture as Bridget used to write her daily life events in her diary and was in great need of a fresh start to her life. So, gifting her a new blank diary was a wholesome gesture to encourage Bridget to change her life.
