The controversial cycling champion makes a cameo in the brash sport comedy as himself. The owner of a gym, Peter (Vince Vaughn), must save his business from a fitness tycoon (Ben Stiller). With nothing working anymore, Peter decides to enter a dodgeball competition. He meets Armstrong in a scene, where the cyclist mentions how much hard work he put in to become the best. Years later, Armstrong got into a doping controversy, which makes his cameo comical and ironical.
