Robert Downey Jr. couldn't resist taking a giant souvenir from the Avengers: Age of Ultron set: the enormous Avengers "A" that hung on Stark Tower. The now-famous prop adorns Downey's office, and he stated that after more than a decade of his dedication to the role of Iron Man, he "earned it." Downey's attachment to keeping memorabilia shows his emotional investment in the MCU because he made a huge contribution in shaping their history.
