Drew Barrymore is an actress and producer who shot to fame early in life. She created a stir when she debuted in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.
Her childhood, though, was dysfunctional. She was battling with alcohol and drugs during her teenage years. After serving some time in rehab centers, Barrymore sobered up when she reached her early twenties.
She said:
"I realized that the only way to improve the quality of my life was to make a serious change."
Today, she produces and hosts her talk show. She also discusses her experiences and advocates for the significance of mental health awareness on her show.
