Peter O'Toole was an undisputed film personality, mainly known for his critically acclaimed performances in films like Lawrence of Arabia. Throughout his excellent acting career, O'Toole was a confessed alcoholic. His alcoholism problems marred both his personal and health life, which caused several rehab stints. Despite all this, O'Toole's talent gushed through his performances, and he has won many awards.

“The only thing I regret is that I didn’t get sober sooner,” he once remarked, reminding us of the complexities of addiction.
