10) Colin Firth in The King’s Speech (King George VI)

The 2010 film – The King’s Speech is about the ascension of King George VI to the throne of Britain. Colin Firth, who portrayed this role, had to learn how to stammer as King George did. He worked with a dialect coach and practiced the stammer for months to make it appear natural and authentic. But even after the shooting finished, he became so used to the stammer that it was tough for him to stop it and speak in a fluent manner.
