Phil is a good sport. When it comes to his family, he can even put aside his own dignity to make them laugh and have a good time. He has no shame in dancing and doing moonwalks just to make his family giggle. His cool dad persona at times, often lands him in embarrassing and ridiculous situations, but he happily embraces it, if it means connecting with his children. He is always organizing some silly activity or adventure to have a good time with his family, no matter how embarrassing it is.
