4) Orc Slayer

Legolas' quick thinking and precise shooting helped in killing many Orcs making him the mighty Orc slayer. During the Battle of Helm's Deep, Legolas helps defend the fortress by using his archery skills to stop Orcs from climbing the walls. At one point, he shoots arrows at a ladder filled with Orcs, causing it to collapse and send the enemies falling to the ground. This action prevents the Orcs from breaching the defenses and gives the defenders more time to regroup.
