We know that Harvey has a hard exterior, but deep down, he really cares for Louis, no matter how unbothered he might appear on the face. When Louis has a heart attack, Harvey is very disturbed, but still, he doesn't show the soft and vulnerable side to him. When Louis recovers and returns to work at the firm we see him give Harvey an awkward hug. This really humanizes their relationship and while the hug is awkward it is a very powerful moment in the show.
