Bernadette Rostenkowski-Wolowitz may be tiny, but the sass she's got is big. This sharp-witted microbiologist never fails to get everyone on their toes with her quick-witted, biting one-liners. Signature moments with her always come when she takes control of a situation in how she's handling Howard or shows her no-nonsense attitude toward colleagues. Perhaps her most memorable was when she sat there very calmly telling Howard, "I don't need you to fix me, I'm fine," reminding everybody that she could take on herself, and everyone else, just fine.
