It tells the story of four characters whose lives spiral out of control as their drug use deepens. The “WTH” moment hits hardest in the final act when all four characters face the consequences of their addictions. Sara ends up in a psychiatric ward after hallucinations caused by diet pills. Harry loses his arm due to an infected heroin injection.
