A whole generation grew up on the 1984 Karate Kid, which saw Ralph Macchio in the role of an amateur but genius martial arts learner. The next generation was introduced to the 2010 remake where a young Jaden Smith is mentored by Jackie Chan. But this year, fans of the franchise can rejoice as Karate Kid: Legends brings together both Macchio and Chan for an action-packed blockbuster. The movie is directed by Jonathan Entwistle and releases on May 30, 2025.
